The terms that apply when you buy from Telescopes.pk.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. The delivery charge is added at checkout and shown before you place the order. If a price changes while an item is in your cart, checkout shows the new price and asks you to confirm it.

Your order

Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. If we cannot supply an item, we cancel the order, tell you, and contact you about any payment you have already made.

Payment

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, as offered at checkout. Orders paid by transfer are dispatched after the payment is verified.

Product information

Specifications are checked before a product is published. Through a telescope, planets and deep-sky objects look smaller and far less colourful than in processed photographs.

Delivery and replacements

Delivery and replacements are described on the Shipping and replacements page. We do not accept returns; a replacement can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
